卤虫不同强化方式对口虾蛄幼体成活率、变态率及脂肪酸组成的影响

Effects of different enrichment methods of Artemia on survival rate,metamorphosis rate,and fatty acid composition of Oratosquilla oratoria larvae

摘要 试验旨在探究不同强化方式的卤虫对口虾蛄幼体成活率、变态率及脂肪酸组成的影响。选取450尾口虾蛄幼体,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复50尾。未强化组(A组)、乳化鱼油强化组(B组)和裂壶藻粉强化组(C组)分别投喂未进行营养强化以及使用乳化鱼油、裂壶藻粉进行营养强化的卤虫。试验期7 d。结果显示,B组口虾蛄幼体成活率显著高于A组(P<0.05),B组和C组口虾蛄幼体变态率均显著高于A组(P<0.05)。B组和C组卤虫饱和脂肪酸(SFA)、单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)含量低于A组,多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量高于A组;各组卤虫花生四烯酸(ARA)含量相对稳定,在1.85%~1.96%之间;B组卤虫二十碳五烯酸(EPA)含量最高,为12.54%,C组卤虫二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)含量最高,为9.36%。在口虾蛄幼体中,A组MUFA含量显著高于B组和C组(P<0.05),PUFA含量显著低于B组和C组(P<0.05)。B组ARA和EPA含量最高,C组DHA含量最高,显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。在仔虾蛄中,B组和C组SFA、MUFA含量显著低于A组(P<0.05),PUFA、ARA含量显著高于A组(P<0.05)。B组EPA含量最高,C组DHA含量最高,显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在口虾蛄幼体阶段投喂强化卤虫有助于提高苗种质量,提升口虾蛄幼体PUFA含量,改善成活率和变态率,其中乳化鱼油对EPA含量提升效果较好,裂壶藻粉对DHA含量提升效果较好。 The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of differently enriched Artemia on the survival rate,metamorphosis rate,and fatty acid composition of Oratosquilla oratoria larvae.A total of 450 Oratosquilla oratoria larvae were selected and randomly divided into three groups with three replicates per group and 50 larvae per replicate.The unfortified group(group A),emulsified fish oil fortified group(group B),and Schizochytrium sp.fortified group(group C)were fed with Artemia without nutritional fortification as well as those fortified with emulsified fish oil and Schizochytrium sp.powder,respectively.The test period was seven days.The results showed that the survival of Oratosquilla oratoria larvae in group B was significantly higher than in group A(P<0.05).The metamorphosis rates in groups B and Group C was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Groups B and C had lower saturated(SFA)and monounsaturated(MUFA)fatty acid concentrations in Artemia than group A,but higher polyunsaturated(PUFA)content than group A.The content of arachidonic acid(ARA)in each group of halogenated insects was relatively stable,ranging from 1.85%to 1.96%.The group B had the highest content of eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA),accounting for 12.54%,while the group C had the highest content of docosahexaenoic acid(DHA),accounting for 9.36%.In Oratosquilla oratoria larvae,group A had higher MUFA but lower PUFA than groups B and C(P<0.05).Group B had the highest ARA and EPA concentrations,whereas group C had the highest DHA,both significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).In juvenile Oratosquilla oratoria,the concentrations of SFA and MUFA in groups B and C were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05),while the concentrations of PUFA and ARA were significantly higher(P<0.05).Group B exhibited the highest EPA content,whereas group C showed the highest DHA content,both significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05).The study shows that feeding fortified Artemia during the larvae stage of the Oratosquilla oratoria can improve seedling quality,increase PUFA content,and improve survival and metamorphosis rates.Emulsified fish oil has a good effect on increasing the EPA content,while Schizochytrium sp.powder has a good effect on increasing DHA content.
