摘要
近十多年来,西方世界在国际社会利用自己的话语霸权对中国的崛起或现代化建设不断进行抹黑、打压甚至扼制,尽管我们一再传递和平的声音,但无论是用“和平崛起”抑或“和平发展”来概括这一现代化过程,在西方用惯性思维考量中国时,仍然被误读甚至曲解。其背后反映出西方话语霸权作为他者的垄断和中国自身话语表达失位的困境。为此,我们必须通过坚定走和平发展道路、倡导全人类共同价值和注重传播策略来构建中国的国际话语体系,达到消解西方话语霸权的目的。
With China’s rise,the West,relying on its discourse hegemony,has increasingly sought to suppress and constrict China’s interpretation and expression.Despite our repeated conveyance of a peaceful message,whether we describe this modernization process as“peaceful rise”or“peaceful development”,it is still misinterpreted or even distorted when the West examines China with its habitual mindset.This reflects the predicament of the West’s discourse hegemony as a monopolistic“other”and China’s own misplacement in discourse expression.Therefore,we must build China’s international discourse system by firmly following the path of peaceful development,advocating common values for all mankind,and paying attention to communication strategies,in order to dissolve the West’s discourse hegemony.
