摘要
“个体性”与“公共性”是儿童社会参与中的两种基本取向。实现利己主义的“个体性”向具备公共精神的“公共性”的超越,是儿童社会参与的关键。“个体性”的社会参与有助于实现儿童的自由与解放,但难以摆脱“利己主义”诱发的“不想参与”“不会参与”“功利参与”等参与取向,导致儿童的公共德性弱化、公共理性固化、公共精神异化。应对这些困境,需要超越“个体性”的参与取向,将社会参与理解为一种“公共性”的实践活动。由此,需要从家庭、学校和社会三个方面进行归因与超越,培育参与品格,提升儿童的公共德性;强化参与意识,启迪儿童的公共理性;落实参与责任,涵养儿童的公共精神。
“Individuality”and“Publicity”represent two fundamental orientations in children’s social participation.The transcendence from self-interested“individuality”to civic-minded“Publicity”constitutes the crux of children’s social participation.“Individualistic social participation,while conducive to children’s freedom and emancipation,it inevitably leads to participation orientations such as not wanting to participate”,“not being able to participate”,and“utilitarian participation”induced by“self-interested”.It leads to the weakening of children’s public morality,the solidification of public rationality,and the alienation of public spirit.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct attribution and transcendence from family,school,and society.Cultivate the character of participation,enhance children’s public morality;strengthen the awareness of participation,awaken children’s public rationality;implement the responsibility of participation,cultivate children’s public spirit.
