摘要
随着生成式人工智能(Generative Artificial Intelligence,GenAI)的日益普及,将其融入高等教育环境为提升大学生的学习体验提供了一个新的领域。本研究通过对927名大学生的问卷调查发现:1)中国高校的GenAI普及率处于国际领先水平;大多数大学生是通过自学和同伴交流来掌握GenAI;2)大学生使用GenAI的频率从高到低,依次为科研活动、课程学习、日常生活、升学求职;3)男生、高年级、工科专业、研究型大学和参加国赛的大学生使用更多。文科、女生是薄弱人群,应重点培训和引导;升学求职场景下的应用技能有待宣传和挖掘;教学型大学应该加强大学生应用GenAI辅助学习的能力。最后,本研究基于调查结果,从高校、教师和大学生协作共进,以及探索不同群体的适用性教育方案等角度提出启示和建议。
With the increasing popularity of generative artificial intelligence(GenAI),integrating it into higher education environments provides a new avenue for enhancing students’learning experiences.This study,based on a survey of 927 university students,found the following:1)The adoption rate of GenAI in Chinese universities is at the forefront of the world;most university students acquire GenAI skills through self-study and peer interaction;2)The frequency of GenAI use among university students,from highest to lowest,is as follows:research activities,course learning,daily life,and further education and job hunting;3)Male students,senior students,engineering majors,students at research-oriented universities,and those who have participated in national competitions use GenAI more frequently.Humanities students and female students are vulnerable groups and should be prioritised for training and guidance;application skills in the context of further education and job hunting need to be promoted and explored;teaching-oriented universities should strengthen students’ability to use GenAI to assist learning.Finally,based on the survey results,this study provides insights and recommendations from the perspectives of collaboration among universities,teachers,and students,as well as exploring appropriate educational programmes for different groups.
