摘要
针对长距离定向钻进技术中存在的钻孔轨迹控制难、连续取心效率低等核心问题,本文以新加坡城市轨道交通HDC3-1岩土勘察项目的应用为基础开展研究,通过优化整合定向取心技术(DCD)与NQ绳索取心工艺,可实现目标孔段内长距离定向钻进与连续取心的同步作业。与传统的勘察技术相比,定向连续取心技术具备钻孔轨迹可控、取样连续、工期短、综合成本低、对环境污染小的优势。实践应用验证了其可行性和实用性,为岩土勘察提供了更多的途径和方法。
Aiming to address the core challenges in long-distance directional drilling technology,such as difficulties in controlling borehole trajectories and low efficiency in continuous coring,this paper presents the application of Long-distance Directional Continuous Coring(LDC)technology in Singapore’s HDC3-1 geotechnical investigation project.By optimizing and integrating the Directional Coring Drilling(DCD)process with the NQ wireline coring method,this technology enables simultaneous long-distance directional drilling and continuous coring within the target borehole intervals.Compared to traditional investigation techniques,LDC offers advantages including controllable borehole trajectories,continuous sampling,shorter project timelines,lower comprehensive costs,and minimal environmental impact.The successful implementation of this innovative technology has demonstrated its feasibility and practicality,providing enhanced approaches and method for geotechnical investigation.
