摘要
为实现煤矿瓦斯抽采、防治水等工作的安全高效进行,根据煤矿井下定向钻进的施工技术要求,针对煤矿井下深孔钻进轨迹控制难度高的问题,该文研制了一款基于电力载波的本安型随钻测量系统。详细论述了系统总体框架、测量及通信原理,设计了测量、通信和电源部分的硬件电路及软件。通过实际工程应用对测量系统的工作性能进行了验证,试验结果表明,该系统测量精度高,集成化程度优良,工作高效稳定,满足实际定向钻进施工工程的应用需求。
In order to realize the safety and high efficiency of gas drainage and water prevention in coal mine,according to the construction technical requirements of directional drilling applied in coal mine,aiming at the difficulty of controlling the deep hole drilling track in coal mine,a directional drilling measurement system based on power carrier is developed in this paper.The framework,measurement and communication principle of the system are discussed in detail.The hardware circuit and software design of measurement,communication and source are analyzed.The test results show that the system has high measurement accuracy,excellent integration,high efficiency and stability,and fully meets the application requirements of the actual directional drilling construction project.
