摘要
在大数据时代,科研数据成为高校科研创新的核心驱动力,其规模与复杂性不断攀升,对高校科研数据治理提出紧迫要求。文章通过对不同层次、学科的50所高校进行调研,然后从数据管理组织、技术应用、制度建设及人员素养等维度剖析高校科研数据治理现状。研究结果表明,高校普遍存在数据管理组织不完善、技术应用水平有限、制度体系不健全、科研人员数据素养不足等问题,需从完善组织架构、提升技术能力、健全制度体系和提高人员素养等方面加以改进。
In the era of big data,research data has emerged as a key driver of innovation in higher education institutions.As the volume and complexity of such data continue to grow,there is an increasing demand for effective research data governance frameworks across universities.Based on a survey of fifty universities across different levels and disciplines,this study examines the current state of research data governance in higher education from four key dimensions:data management organization,technological implementation,institutional framework,and personnel data literacy.Findings reveal that many universities face challenges including inadequate data management structures,limited technological capabilities,underdeveloped institutional systems,and insufficient data literacy among researchers.To address these issues,improvements are needed in organizational design,technical infrastructure,policy formulation,and capacity building for data skills.
