摘要
随着数字化转型,政务服务领域积极探索新技术应用。本文聚焦RPA+AI技术在政务服务中的应用,采用案例分析与对比研究,剖析其原理、应用场景、面临的挑战及应对策略。研究发现,该技术在多场景的应用价值显著,能提升政务服务水平,但在技术、管理组织和政策法规等方面仍面临挑战。本文针对这些问题提出解决措施,并探讨了技术创新等内容,未来可从关注技术融合新趋势等方向深入研究。
Amid accelerating digital transformation,government services are actively exploring the adoption of emerging technologies.Focusing on the application of RPA(Robotic Process Automation)combined with AI in the public sector,this paper employs case analysis and comparative research to examine the underlying principles,application scenarios,challenges,and countermeasures.Results show that RPA+AI delivers significant value across multiple service contexts and enhances the quality of government services,yet it confronts challenges in technology,management and organization,as well as policy and regulation.Targeted solutions are proposed,and future directions—such as emerging technology convergence—are discussed to inform further research.
