F01复合微生物菌剂对马铃薯种植土壤性质及产量品质的影响

摘要 以F01复合微生物菌剂为研究对象,通过盆栽与田间试验相结合的方式,系统评估其对马铃薯种植土壤性质及产量品质的影响。结果表明:(1)F01复合微生物菌剂可有效提升土壤速效养分的含量,施用60~90 kg/hm^(2)的F01复合微生物菌剂显著提高了土壤碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾的含量,尤其在马铃薯生育前中期效果更佳,过量施用则可能抑制土壤养分的累积;(2)F01复合微生物菌剂可增强土壤酶活性,F01复合微生物菌剂显著提升了土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性,中剂量处理在稳定性和综合效果上表现最优;(3)F01复合微生物菌剂可提升马铃薯产量,田间试验条件下90 kg/hm^(2)的F01复合微生物菌剂处理马铃薯产量比对照增加35.59%,单株块茎重和结薯数明显增加,商品薯率也有所提高;(4)F01复合微生物菌剂具备改善马铃薯块茎品质的潜力,菌剂对粗蛋白含量有积极促进作用,但对干物质和淀粉含量影响不显著,可能与所用鲜食品种‘冀张薯12号’的遗传特性有关。综上所述,F01复合微生物菌剂在60~90 kg/hm^(2)的适量条件下可实现“土壤改良”与“增产提质”的协同效果,具有良好的应用潜力和推广价值。未来应进一步探讨其在不同土壤类型与马铃薯品种下的适应性和稳定性。 Pot and field experiments were carried out to comprehensively evaluate the effects of F01 compound inoculant on potato yield,potato quality,and soil properties.The results are summarized as follows.(1)The F01 compound inoculant significantly 2 increased the content of available nutrients in soil.The application of this inoculant at 60-90 kg/hm^(2) significantly increased the content of available nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium,which was particularly effective at the early and middle growth period.However,excessive application inhibited the accumulation of soil nutrients.(2)The F01 compound inoculant significantly enhanced the activities of key soil enzymes such as urease,sucrase,catalase,and alkaline phosphatase.The application of this inoculant at the medium dose demonstrated the best stability and comprehensive performance.(3)The F01 compound inoculant increased the 2 potato yield.Under the field experiment conditions,the potato yield in the 90 kg/hm^(2) F01 compound inoculant group increased by 35.59% compared with that in the control,as the single-tuber weight and number of tubers increased significantly.In addition,the commercial potato rate also increased.(4)The F01 compound inoculant demonstrated the potential of improving the quality of potato tubers.The inoculant had a positive effect on the crude protein content,while it had no significant effect on the dry matter or starch content,which may be related to the genetic characteristics of the fresh-eating potato variety'Jizhangshu 12'used.In summary,the 2 F01 compound inoculant applied at 60-90 kg/hm^(2) improved the potation yield,potato quality,and soil fertility,showing promising application prospects.Future efforts can be made to explore the adaptability and stability of this inoculant in the cases of different soil types and potato varieties.
