摘要
为了筛选株高和穗位高符合高产需求的玉米材料,对215份玉米种质资源进行全基因组测序和表型采集,并对基因型、抗病及产量等表型优选出的种质资源进行全基因组关联分析(GWAS)。结果表明:215份玉米种质资源可以分为SS、NSS、PA、兰卡斯特、塘四平头和旅大红骨6个亚群,材料具有较高的代表性;对优选的134份种质资源进行全基因组关联分析,挖掘到株高和穗位高的QTL位点7个,其中2个QTL位点与已经克隆的基因位点存在重合,5个QTL位点为新的QTL位点,并且在7号染色体上株高和穗位同时定位到一个QTL区间。这些QTL位点为株高和穗位基因的精细定位提供了依据。
This study aims to screen out the maize germplasm resources with suitable plant height and ear height for achieving high yields.The phenotypic data and genotypic data of 215 maize germplasm resources were collected,and a genome-wide association study(GWAS)was conducted for the elite germplasm resources in terms of genotype,disease resistance,and yield.The cluster analysis classified the 215 maize germplasm resources into six subgroups:SS,NSS,PA,Lancaster,Tangsipingtou,and Lvdahonggu and the materials are highly representative.The GWAS of 134 elite maize germplasm resources identified seven QTLs related to plant height and ear height.Among them,two QTLs overlapped with existing cloned genes,and five QTLs were newly identified.One QTL interval for both plant height and ear height was located on chromosome 7.These QTLs provide a basis for the fine mapping of plant height and ear height genes.
