摘要
为筛选适宜河南省的玉米育种材料,拓宽玉米种质资源遗传基础,了解其表型性状遗传多样性水平,以184份玉米种质为材料,测定株高、穗位高等18个性状指标,对其进行多样性分析、相关性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析,同时结合F值综合评价玉米种质资源。结果表明,184份玉米自交系散粉期主要集中于8月4—9日,吐丝期主要集中于8月2—7日,对南方锈病具有抗性的材料29份,高抗南方锈病的材料7份,轴色、籽粒以红轴、硬粒为主。12个数量性状均出现了不同程度的变异,其中小区产量、百粒重、行粒数、穗行数、穗长、空秆率以及穗位高变异系数均在15%以上。相关性分析表明,大部分性状之间呈显著或极显著正相关,各个性状之间既紧密联系又相互制约。主成分分析将自交系12个性状提取3个主成分,累积贡献率达77.386%。聚类分析将184份种质资源划分为四大类群。同时,通过F值筛选出14份优异的抗性种质,为后期自交系的应用、改良提供了参考和选择依据。
To screen suitable(Zea mays L.)maize breeding materials for Henan,broaden the genetic basis of maize germplasm resources,and understand the genetic diversity level of phenotypic traits,184 maize germplasms were used as materials.18 trait indicators such as plant height and panicle height were determined,and diversity analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis were conducted.At the same time,the maize germplasm resources were comprehensively evaluated in combination with the F value.The results showed that the dispersion period of 184 inbred lines was mainly concentrated from August 4 th to 9 th,and the silk production period was mainly concentrated from August 2 nd to 7 th.Among them,29 materials were resistant to southern rust disease,and 7 materials had high resistance to southern rust disease.The color of the shafts and grains were mainly red shafts and hard grains.All 12 quantitative traits showed varying degrees of variation.Among them,the coefficients of variation for plot yield,100-grain weight,number of grains per row,number of rows per panicle,panicle length,empty stem rate and panicle height were all above 15%.Correlation analysis indicated that there was a significant or extremely significant positive correlation among most traits,and each trait was both closely related and mutually restrictive.Principal component analysis extracted 3 principal components from 12 traits of inbred lines,with a cumulative contribution rate of 77.386%.Cluster analysis classified 184 germplasm resources into four major groups.Meanwhile,14 excellent resistant germplasms were screened out through F-values,providing a reference and selection basis for the application and improvement of inbred lines in the later stage.
