摘要
基于国际海道测量组织国际标准S-68《官方海道测量机构水深数据质量属性赋值指南》,结合我国电子航海图实际情况,提出了我国电子航海图水深数据质量属性赋值方法。根据新测水深数据和图载水深数据两种情况给出了详细的赋值步骤和建议,并对测深数据质量属性值维护进行了研究。通过对S-57格式和S-101格式的青岛港电子航海图赋值测试,验证了赋值方法的可操作性,可为我国电子航海图水深质量属性赋值工作提供参考。
Based on S-68 Guidelines and Recommendations for Hydrographic Offices for the Allocation of CATZOC/QOBD Values from Survey Data developed by International Hydrographic Organization,this paper puts forward a method for allocation of CATZOC/QoBD Values in Chinese ENC.Detailed allocation steps and recommendations were provided based on both the new bathymetric data and the bathymetric data in the existing ENC chart,and research was conducted on maintaining the CATZOC/QoBD values.This method is verified by testing allocation of CATZOC/QoBD values on Qingdao Port ENC in the S-57 format and S-101 format,which can provide reference for the allocation of CATZOC/QoBD values in Chinese ENC.
