摘要
S-104标准由国际海道测量组织(IHO)在S-100框架下制定,专门用于规范动态潮汐和水位数据产品。为推动S-104数据的应用与发展,在分析研究S-104数据模型的基础上,利用水文站数据及天文预测数据,采用地理信息处理自动化技术,建立可复用的数据处理流程,制作了珠江口伶仃航道水域的S-104水位观测数据文件实例,并实现了水深与S-104水位数据动态潮位叠加显示和查询。本文所提方法可为我国相关部门开展符合S-104标准的水位信息数据产品生产以及构建水位助航数字服务系统奠定坚实基础。
IHO S-104 Water Level Information for Surface Navigation Product Specification is the specification for dynamic tide and water level data products based on the framework of S-100.In order to promote the application and development of S-104 data,this paper analyzes and investigates the S-104 data model on the basis of the use of hydrographic station data and astronomical prediction data,adopts geographic information processing automation technology,establishes reusable data processing model,produces an instance of the S-104 water level observation data file for the water area of Lingding Channel in the Pearl River Estuary,and realizes the dynamic tidal level superimposed query of S-104 water level data.The method proposed in this paper can lay a solid foundation for the relevant departments in China to carry out the production of water level information data products in line with the S-104 product specification as well as the construction of digital service system for water level aids to navigation.
