摘要
智能建造作为新一代信息技术与工业化建造技术深度融合的产物,已逐渐成为建筑行业未来发展的热点。为分析智能建造的技术发展态势,本文基于incoPat专利数据库,选取了4706项相关专利数据,分别从申请趋势和技术分布两个维度进行了研究,通过对智能建造领域专利现状、趋势及热点的探讨,并结合可视化分析与SWOT分析,揭示了智能建造正处于快速发展的阶段,展现出广阔的发展前景和重要的实践意义。未来,该领域应更加注重技术创新、人才培养及协同合作,大力推动智能建造技术的持续进步和建筑行业的高质量发展。
Intelligent construction,as a product of the deep integration of new-generation information technologies and industrialized construction technologies,has gradually become a focal point for the future development of the construction industry.To analyze the technological development trends of intelligent construction,this paper selects 4706 relevant patent data from the incoPat patent database and conducts research from two dimensions:application trends and technological distribution.Through an exploration of the current state,trends,and hotspots of patents in the field of intelligent construction,combined with visual analytics and SWOT analysis,this paper reveals that intelligent construction is in a rapid development phase,demonstrating broad prospects and significant practical implications.In the future,the field should place greater emphasis on technological innovation,talent development,and cooperation to promote the continuous advancement of intelligent construction technologies and the high-quality development of the construction industry.
