摘要
粮食安全是国家安全的重要基础,而粮食承储企业作为保障国家粮食安全的重要力量,其食品安全指标管控工作至关重要。在实际操作中,粮食承储企业在食品安全指标管控方面面临着诸多难点,需要深入研究并采取有效对策加以解决。本文从粮食收购入库、静态储存、销售出库等环节全方位、全过程进行食品安全质量管控风险隐患点识别,并提出相应对策及建议,为粮食承储企业从业人员提供决策参考。
Food security is an important foundation of national security,and as an important force in ensuring na-tional food security,the control of food safety indicators by grain storage enterprises is crucial.However,in practi-cal operation,grain storage enterprises face many difficulties in controlling food safety indicators,and need to con-duct in-depth research and take effective measures to solve them.This article identifies potential risks and hazards in food safety and quality control from all aspects and processes,including grain procurement and storage,static storage,and sales and outbound.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide decision-making references for employees of grain storage enterprises.
