摘要
利用气密性良好的气囊作为放置试虫的容器,研究94%、95%、96%、97%浓度的氮气对常见储粮害虫的杀灭效果,结果表明:94%、95%的氮气浓度不适用于可以短时间见效的气调杀虫作业;高浓度氮气(≥96%)有较好的气调杀虫效果,但各种储粮害虫的死亡率与氮气浓度保持时间的关系存在显著差异。此外,选择氮气浓度96%与保持时间29 d的气调杀虫工艺,对试验虫种具有完全杀灭效果,可以实现降低氮气浓度,降低氮气气调杀虫费用的目的,并为实仓氮气气调防治储粮害虫提供参考。
In this experiment,airtight gas bags were utilized as containers to investigate the insecticidal efficacy of nitrogen at concentrations of 94%,95%,96%,and 97%on common stored-grain pests.The results demonstrated that nitrogen concentrations of 94%and 95%were not not suitable for modified atmosphere pest control operations requiring short-term effectiveness.High concentrations of nitrogen(≥96%)exhibited better modified atmospher pesticidal effects,but there were significant differences in the relationship between the mortality rates of various stored-grain pests and the duration of nitrogen concentration maintenance.Moreover,the selection of the modified atmospher pest control process with a nitrogen concentration of 96%and a maintenance time of 29 days achieved a complete pesticidal effect on the test insect species,which could fulfill the objective of reducing nitrogen concentra-tion and the cost of nitrogen modified atmospher pest control,and provide a reference for nitrogen modified atmo-spher of stored-grain pests in actual warehouses.
