摘要
管道运输相比于公路、水路、铁路运输具有输送速度快、运输连续性强、运输成本低、环境污染少等优点,我国成品油管道运输发展迅速。运输管道在施工期不可避免地产生碳排放。根据国家“双碳”目标,如何统计和减少管道施工期碳排放成为重要课题。在确定碳排放核算边界基础上,建立了成品油管道施工期碳排放边界及碳排放计算模型,结合案例分析了管道施工期碳排放特征,提出了成品油管道施工期节能降碳措施,研究结果可为管道施工期碳排放提供典型数据与理论基础。
Compared with highway,waterway and railway transportation,pipeline transportation has the advantages of fast transportation speed,strong transportation continuity,low transportation cost,and less environmental pollution.Therefore,the product oil pipeline transportation in our country has developed rapidly,meanwhile transportation pipelines inevitably generate carbon emissions during the construction period.In the context of the national two-carbon strategy,how to count and reduce the carbon emission during the construction of the pipeline has become an important topic.On the basis of determining the carbon emission accounting boundary,the carbon emission boundary and carbon emission calculation model of the pipeline construction period are established,the carbon emission characteristics of the pipeline construction period are analyzed in combination with cases,and the energy-saving and carbon reduction measures are proposed during the pipeline construction period.The research results can provide typical data and theoretical basis for the carbon emission of the pipeline construction period.
