摘要
铁路系统的卫生防疫部门应及时梳理与总结原有防治经验,做好应对突发公共卫生事件的各项准备工作。结合铁路系统的特殊性,从制定与完善铁路公共卫生事件总体应急管理体系、加强铁路公共卫生人才队伍建设、建立铁路数字化突发公共卫生事件应急管理平台、提高实验室检测能力4个方面进行了探讨,为更好搭建铁路突发公共卫生应急管理体系、不断提高应急工作能力和处置效率、保障铁路职工及广大旅客出行的公共安全及铁路公共卫生事业发展提供参考。
As the health and epidemic prevention department of railway system,we should sort out and summarize the original prevention and control experience in time,and make preparations for dealing with public health emergencies.Combined with the particularity of railway system,this paper discusses four aspects:establishing and perfecting the overall emergency management system of railway public health events,strengthening the construction of railway public health talents,establishing the digital emergency management platform of railway public health events,and improving the laboratory detection ability,so as to provide reference for better building the emergency management body of railway public health emergencies,continuously improving the emergency work ability and disposal efficiency,ensuring the public safety of railway workers and passengers and the development of railway public health undertakings.
