摘要
为调查研究某铁路单位工作人员的睡眠质量,于2022年12月至2023年4月,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)调查该单位5 104名工作人员。结果显示,睡眠质量不良检出率为37.4%;睡眠质量在性别、年龄、系统、焦虑水平、抑郁水平、自杀风险水平、压力知觉方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性、41~50岁年龄组、机务段、重度焦虑水平、重度抑郁水平、有自杀风险、压力知觉有症状的人员匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)得分高;睡眠质量与焦虑水平、抑郁水平、压力水平、自杀风险水平有关。进而从优化重点岗位排班制度、改善工作环境和行车公寓生产生活条件、建立心理健康支持体系、开展职业适应性体检和睡眠卫生宣教等方面提出改进建议。
In order to investigate the sleep quality of workers in a railway unit,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to investigate 5104 workers in this unit from December 2022 to April 2023.The results showed that the detection rate of poor sleep quality was 37.4%.There were significant differences in sleep quality in sex,age,system,anxiety level,depression level,suicide risk level and stress perception(P value was added).Men,41~50 years old,locomotive depot,severe anxiety level,severe depression level,suicide risk and symptomatic stress perception scored high on Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Sleep quality is related to anxiety level,depression level,stress level and suicide risk level.Then,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of optimizing the scheduling system of key posts,improving the working environment and the production and living conditions of driving apartments,establishing a mental health support system,carrying out occupational adaptability physical examination and sleep hygiene education.
