薄壁箱体电弧热矫正工艺分析与应用

摘要 采用不锈钢、铝合金等材质制造的薄壁箱体焊接后存在较大变形。对比分析各种热矫正工艺的特点后选择电弧热矫正工艺进行产品焊后矫正,以某城轨箱体为例,其焊后矫正应用的结果表明该工艺应用效果良好,可以达到预期目标。 Thin-walled boxes made of materials such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy undergo significant deformation after welding.After comparing and analyzing the characteristics of various thermal correction processes,the arc thermal correction process was selected for post weld correction of the product.The application results of post weld correction of a certain urban rail box product showed that the process had good application effects and could achieve the expected goals.
