电力与环境权益市场耦合下计及多主体互动博弈的配电网运行优化方法

摘要 针对配电网在能源转型背景下的运行优化问题,建立了电力与绿证、碳排放权和用能权等环境权益市场耦合下,考虑配电网运营商(distribution system operator,DSO)与终端用户多主体互动博弈的配电网运行优化方法。首先,分析了电力市场与绿证、碳排放权和用能权环境权益市场的交互流程,通过古诺模型量化分析了DSO与终端用户在电力与环境权益市场中的交易配额与价格的关系。然后,建立了终端用户多主体非合作博弈的用电交易策略模型,构建了对角化算法进行求解。最后,基于修正的IEEE 33节点配电网模型,分析了电力与环境权益市场耦合下配电网和终端用户的运行策略,以及DSO和终端用户在环境权益市场中的主体行为,验证了所提方法的有效性。 In the context of energy transformation,to address the operational optimization issues of distribution networks,this paper establishes an operational optimization method for distribution network under the coupling of electricity and environmental equity markets for green certificate,carbon emission right and energy-consuming right considering multi-agent interaction games between Distribution system operator(DSO)and end consumers.Firstly,the paper analyzes the interactive processes among the electricity market and environmental equity markets for green certificate,carbon emission right and energy-consuming right.Employing the Cournot model,it quantitatively analyzes the relationship between the(DSO)and end consumers in terms of trading quota and price across electricity and environmental equity markets.Subsequently,the paper formulates a multi-agent non-cooperative game for end consumers theory-based electricity trading strategy model and develops a diagonalization algorithm for solution purposes.Finally,based on the modified IEEE 33-node distribution network model,case studies are conducted to analyze the operation strategies of the distribution network and end consumers under the coupling of electricity and environmental equity markets,as well as the main behaviors of DSOs and end consumers in the environmental equity markets,thereby verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method.
