摘要
为推动安全学科发展,满足社会对高层次安全管理人才的需求,基于安全生产在国家治理体系中的重要地位及当前安全工程专业教育存在的问题,采用文献研究、现状分析、对比分析等方法,探讨开设安全管理工程本科专业的必要性和可行性,并构建基于专业认证的人才培养体系架构。结果表明:该专业以系统科学与管理科学理论为基础,兼具管理学和工学双重属性,旨在培养复合型应用管理型人才;开设该专业对完善安全学科教育结构、保障安全生产和社会可持续发展具有重要意义。
In order to promote the development of safety discipline and meet the social demand for high-level safety management talents,based on the important position of safety production in the national governance system and the problems existing in the current safety engineering education,this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of setting up the undergraduate major of safety management engineering by means of literature research,status analysis and comparative analysis,and constructs the framework of talent training system based on professional certification.The results show that the safety management engineering major is based on the theory of system science and management science,and has the dual attributes of management and engineering.It aims to cultivate compound application management talents.The establishment of this major is of great significance to improve the education structure of safety disciplines,,and ensure safe production and sustainable social development.
