摘要
为提高煤矿企业的安全管理水平,基于事故致因“2-4”模型(24Model)与瑞士奶酪模型对2023年1月—2024年6月华北某省106起煤矿事故进行分析,提取27个不安全行为影响因素,采用Grey-DEMATEL-ISM方法,构建多层递阶解释结构模型,并分析影响因素之间的关系。结果表明:煤矿不安全行为的影响因素呈六级三阶递阶结构,在煤矿安全管理中应重点关注习惯性违章、麻痹心理、身体疾病和操作疏漏等深层因素。研究结果可为煤矿不安全行为的成因识别及预防策略提供理论支持和实证依据。
To enhance the safety management level of coal mining enterprises,based on the 24 Model and the Swiss Cheese Model,106 coal mine accidents in a certain province in North China from January 2023 to June 2024 were analyzed,and 27 influencing factors of unsafe behaviors were extracted.The Grey-DEMATEL-ISM method was employed to construct a multi-level hierarchical interpretive structural model(ISM),and the interrelationships among these factors were analyzed.The results indicate that the influencing factors of unsafe behaviors in coal mines exhibit a hierarchical structure of six-level and three-tier.In the safety management of coal mines,special attention should be paid to deep-rooted factors such as habitual violations,complacency,physical illnesses,and operational oversights.The research results provide theoretical support and empirical evidence for the identification of the causes and prevention strategies of unsafe behaviors in coal mines.
