显微镜法定量分析黏胶纤维和莱赛尔纤维混纺产品

Quantitative analysis of blended products of viscose fiber and lyocell fiber by microscopic method

摘要 采用FZ/T 01101—2008《纺织品纤维含量的测定物理法》中的显微镜测定法,对黏胶纤维与莱赛尔纤维混纺织物进行定量分析,并对比纤维根数分数、纤维体积分数及纤维质量分数3种计算方法的结果。结果表明,纤维体积分数与质量分数的计算结果差异在2%以内,表现出较高一致性;而根数分数的计算结果差异显著,提出优先采用体积分数与质量分数对该类纺织品进行定量分析。 Based on the microscopic determination method specified in FZ/T 01101—2008Textiles—Determi⁃nation of fiber content—Physical methods,quantitative analysis was conducted on blended fabrics of vis⁃cose fiber and lyocell fiber by using this method.The results of three calculation approaches(fiber count content,fiber volume content,and fiber mass content)were compared.The findings indicated that the dif⁃ferences between the calculation results of fiber volume content and fiber mass content were within 2%,demonstrating high consistency;whereas significant discrepancies were observed in the calculation re⁃sults of fiber count content.It was proposed that priority should be given to use volume content and mass content calculation methods for the quantitative analysis of such textile products.
