摘要
抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体相关性血管炎(antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody associated vasculitis,AAV)是一组以小血管坏死性免疫性炎症为特征的系统性疾病,肾脏是AAV最常见的受累器官之一,该疾病进展迅速,尽管目前AAV的诊断及治疗取得了很大的进展,但是仍有一部分患儿进展至终末期肾病(end-stage renal disease,ESRD)需行肾脏替代治疗。
