摘要
肉芽肿性多血管炎(GPA)是抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)相关性小血管炎的一种。该病主要临床表现为肾脏和肺受累,病理特征为坏死性小血管炎,通常累及多个器官,最常见的初发症状为鼻窦炎和中耳炎。本文报道该病例以提醒临床医生注意对此类非典型鼻窦炎疾病的诊断和治疗。
Granulomatosis with polyangiitis(GPA)is a kind of small vasculitis associated with anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies(ANCA).The main clinical manifestations of the disease are kidney and lung involvement,and the pathological features are necrotizing vasculitis,usually involving multiple organs,the most common initial symptoms are sinusitis and otitis media.This article reports this case to remind clinicians to pay attention to the diagnosis and treatment of such atypical sinusitis.
