摘要
为了提高建筑管理人员的着装舒适性和职业着装形象,设计调研问卷了解大众对职业装的审美与功能需求并对调研结果进行分析。以中铁建工某集团为例,分析建筑工程管理人员现有职业装存在的不足,结合调研结果,对其进行改进设计并制作样衣;对现有职业装和改良后职业装进行对比测试,发现改良后的职业装更能满足员工的审美、功能性及舒适性需求。研究结果表明,在设计职业装时,要综合考虑穿着者的作业环境、所处岗位级别、企业形象需求、安全性穿着需求、功能性需求以及企业工作人员自身的审美需求等因素。
To enhance clothing comfort and professional image for construction management personnel,a survey questionnaire was designed to investigate public aesthetic and functional requirements for professional attire,with the results analyzed.Taking a subsid-iary of China Railway Construction Engincering Group as a case study,deficiencies in existing professional garments for construction engineering managers were identified.Based on survey findings,improved designs were developed and prototype garments were pro-duced.Comparative testing between existing and modified professional attire was conducted,revealing that the modified garments bet-ter met employees’aesthetic,functional,and comfort needs.The findings indicated that professional attire design must comprehen-sively consider factors including the wearer's working environment,position level,corporate image requirements,safety require-ments,functional needs,and the employees’own aesthetic preferences.
