摘要
针对316L不锈钢管道焊接工艺展开研究,系统对比了氩弧焊(TIG)与激光焊(LW)的接头力学性能及微观组织特征。通过拉伸试验、冲击试验、铁素体测量及金相观察发现:激光焊接头热影响区宽度较氩弧焊减少62%,显微组织呈现更细密的板条马氏体结构,接头抗拉强度提升18%;而氩弧焊接头因热输入较高导致δ-铁素体含量增加27%,冲击韧性下降15%。激光焊焊接成本下降80%。研究结果为316L不锈钢管道焊接工艺优化提供了理论支撑。
It was systematically compared that the mechanical properties and microstructural characteristics of argon arc welding(TIG)and laser welding(LW)joints for 316L stainless steel pipes welding process.Through tensile testing,impact testing,ferrite measurements,and metallographic analysis,the results revealed that the heat-affected zone(HAZ)width of laser-welded joints was reduced by 62%compared to TIG welding,with a finer lath martensite structure observed in the microstructure.The tensile strength of laser-welded joints increased by 18%,whereas TIG-welded joints exhibited a 27%increase inδ-ferrite content and a 15%decrease in impact toughness due to higher heat input.The laser welding costs reduced by 80%.These research results provided theoretical support for optimizing the welding processes of 316L stainless steel pipes.
