摘要
使用55MnCr钢棒生产了某规格直线导轨,研究了感应淬火前后的微观组织和硬度。冶金质量评价结果表明工业生产55MnCr钢具有较高洁净度和均匀度水平。导轨型材经表面感应淬火后,滚道位置淬硬层深度达2.5 mm以上,获得板条马氏体+细针状马氏体组织,满足设计要求。
One type of linear guideway was produced by using 55MnCr steel,and the microstructure and hardness before and after induction hardening were studied.The metallurgical quality evaluation results show that the industrial produced 55MnCr steel has a higher level of cleanliness and uniformity.After surface induction hardening,the depth of hardened layer at raceway position is more than 2.5 mm,the microstructure of lath martensite combined with acicular martensite is obtained,which meets the design requirement.
