摘要
目的探讨赣州市居民心理健康核心知识知晓率及影响因素。方法对152799例赣州市居民进行心理健康核心知识知晓率问卷调查,调查内容包括居民的一般资料及心理健康核心知识调查表评分,根据评分结果统计赣州市居民心理健康核心知识知晓率。将调查对象根据心理健康核心知识知晓情况分为知晓组(n=103353)和未知晓组(n=49446),采用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析探讨赣州市居民心理健康核心知识知晓率的影响因素。结果本研究最终共收集152799份完整调查问卷,其中103353例调查对象的心理健康核心知识调查结果评分处于正常范围,知晓率为67.64%。将103353例调查对象纳入知晓组,其余49446例纳入未知晓组。经单因素分析显示,两组性别、民族、婚姻状况、家庭年收入比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);未知晓组年龄为10~20岁、学历为初中及以下、居住地为农村、职业为在校中小学生、未接受心理健康教育比例分别为47.97%、34.20%、48.33%、23.46%、60.09%,均高于知晓组的28.27%、21.71%、43.80%、18.18%、53.91%(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄为10~20岁、学历为初中及以下、居住地为农村、职业为在校中小学生、未接受心理健康教育等是赣州市居民心理健康核心知识知晓率低的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论赣州市居民心理健康核心知识知晓率处于偏低水平,其中年龄为10~20岁、学历为初中及以下、居住地为农村、职业为在校中小学生、未接受心理健康教育是赣州市居民心理健康核心知识知晓率低的独立危险因素。根据这些危险因素有针对性制定心理健康普及工作,以提升全市居民心理健康核心知晓率,进而提高全市居民的心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the awareness rate of core knowledge of mental health among residents in Ganzhou City and its influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the awareness rate of core knowledge of mental health among 152799 residents in Ganzhou City.The survey included general information of residents and the score of the questionnaire on core knowledge of mental health,and the awareness rate of core knowledge of mental health among residents in Ganzhou City was calculated based on the scoring results.The survey subjects were divided into a knowing group(n=103353)and an unknown group(n=49446)based on their awareness of core knowledge of mental health.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of awareness rate of core knowledge of mental health among residents in Ganzhou City.Results A total of 152799 complete survey questionnaires were collected in this study,among which 103353 subjects'scores on core knowledge of mental health were within the normal range,and the awareness rate was 67.64%.A total of 103353 survey subjects were included in the known group,and the remaining 49446 were included in the unknown group.According to univariate analysis,there was no statistically significant difference in gender,ethnicity,marital status,and annual family income between the known group and the unknown group(P>0.05).The proportions of individuals aged 10-20 years,with a junior high school education or below,residing in rural areas,working as primary or secondary school students,and not receiving mental health education of the unknown group were 47.97%,34.20%,48.33%,23.46%,and 60.09%,which were higher than those of known group(28.27%,21.71%,43.80%,18.18%,and 53.91%)(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age(10-20 years old),education level(junior high school or below),place of residence(rural area),occupation(primary or secondary school students),and lack of psychological health education were independent risk factors for low awareness rate of core knowledge of mental health among residents in Ganzhou City.Conclusion The awareness rate of core knowledge of mental health among residents in Ganzhou City is at a low level,among which age(10-20 years old),education level(junior high school or below),place of residence(rural area),occupation(primary or secondary school students),and lack of psychological health education are independent risk factors for low awareness rate of core knowledge of mental health among residents in Ganzhou City.Based on these factors,targeted mental health promotion initiatives should be developed to enhance the awareness rate of core knowledge of mental health among all residents in the city,thereby improving their overall mental health status.
