情绪调节与青少年心理健康 被引量:8

摘要 情绪调节是个体适应社会和保持心理健康的重要机制。情绪调节是一个过程,涉及各种情绪调节策略。情绪调节有助于维持稳定的心理健康状况,良好的情绪调节能促进个体的心理健康。对于青少年而言,可以从认知、行为、言语和生理方面入手来调节情绪,为他们的心理健康保驾护航。
