摘要
目的针对小柴胡汤加减治疗肾虚肝郁型女性更年期综合征的疗效展开观察评估。方法93例肾虚肝郁型女性更年期综合征患者,按照治疗方案分为治疗组(47例,采用小柴胡汤加减治疗)与对照组(46例,采用常规西药治疗)。观察两组于治疗前后中医证候积分的变化状况,并评估其临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗前后中医证候积分分别为(12.28±2.30)、(5.43±1.58)分,对照组分别为(11.76±1.80)、(6.37±1.42)分。与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后的中医证候积分均降低且治疗组治疗后的中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为95.7%,高于对照组的82.6%(P<0.05)。结论小柴胡汤加减治疗肾虚肝郁型女性更年期综合征,可取得良好的临床效果。
Objective To observe the efficacy of modified Xiao Chaihu Tang in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression type.Methods A total of 93 female patients with climacteric syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression type were divided into the treatment group(47 cases,treated with modified Xiao Chaihu Tang)and the control group(46 cases,treated with conventional Western medicine)according to the treatment plan.The TCM syndrome score before and after treatment and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group before and after treatment were(12.28±2.30)and(5.43±1.58)points,while those of the control group were(11.76±1.80)and(6.37±1.42)points.Compared with before treatment in this group,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.7%,which was higher than 82.6%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xiao Chaihu Tang can achieve good clinical effect in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression type.
