摘要
对SUS430不锈钢冷轧板进行不同温度(850~1050℃)和时间(30~120 s)的高温退火处理,研究了高温退火处理对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在保温120 s条件下,退火温度为850~900℃时,SUS430钢组织为铁素体+碳化物;当退火温度升高至950~1050℃时,组织为铁素体+马氏体+少量碳化物,该温度范围内随着退火温度的升高,试验钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度开始迅速升高,并最终分别稳定在416 MPa和810 MPa左右。在退火温度850~900℃条件下,随保温时间的延长,组织由轧后纤维组织转变为铁素体+碳化物,强度整体呈降低趋势;当退火温度在950~1050℃时,随着保温时间延长,组织由轧后纤维组织最终转变为铁素体+马氏体+少量碳化物;在1000~1050℃退火时,SUS430钢的强度随着保温时间的延长而升高,最终的屈服强度约为410 MPa,抗拉强度约为800 MPa。
High temperature annealing treatment was carried out on SUS430 stainless steel cold-rolled plate at different temperatures(850-1050℃)for different time(30-120 s),and the effect of high temperature annealing treatment on its microstructure and properties was studied.The results show that when the holding time is 120 s,the microstructure of SUS430 steel consists of ferrite and carbides at annealing temperatures of 850-900℃.When the annealing temperature increases to 950-1050℃,the microstructure becomes ferrite,martensite and a small amount of carbides,with the increase of annealing temperature in this temperature range,the yield strength and tensile strength of the steel begin to increase rapidly,and finally stabilize at around 416 MPa and 810 MPa,respectively.Under the annealing temperature range of 850-900℃,with the extension of holding time,the microstructure changes from rolled fiber structure to ferrite+carbide,and the overall strength shows a decreasing trend.When the annealing temperature is between 950-1050℃,with the extension of holding time,the microstructure changes from rolled fiber structure to ferrite+martensite+a small amount of carbides.When annealed at 1000-1050℃,the strength of the SUS430 steel increases with the extension of holding time,and the final yield strength and tensile strength of the steel are 410 MPa and 800 MPa,respectively.
