Nb、Ti合金化对铸造Fe-Cr-Mn不锈钢组织与性能的影响

Effect of Nb-and Ti-alloying on microstructure and properties of cast Fe-Cr-Mn stainless steel

摘要 为进一步改善铸造不锈钢的力学性能,通过相组成设计和层错能计算对铸造不锈钢成分进行优化设计,在Fe-Cr-Mn铸造不锈钢中引入TRIP效应;并通过添加碳化物形成元素Nb和Ti,同时辅以调整C含量,以期利用TRIP效应+第二相颗粒复合强化提高材料的强度。结果表明,热处理态Nb、Ti合金化Fe-Cr-Mn不锈钢在拉伸过程中发生了TRIP效应,添加Nb、Ti合金元素的试验钢中组织仍为奥氏体+马氏体,同时在不锈钢中生成了第二相粒子,利用TRIP效应+第二相颗粒强化可实现在不损害材料塑性的前提下提高材料的抗拉强度。在Cr14Ni4Mn6不锈钢中添加0.23%Ti、0.074%Nb和0.110%C,经热处理后可获得抗拉强度为1181 MPa、屈服强度为276 MPa且伸长率为20.0%的Fe-Cr-Mn不锈钢。 In order to further improve the mechanical properties of cast stainless steel,the composition of cast stainless steel was optimized through phase composition design and stacking fault energy calculation,and TRIP effect was introduced in Fe-Cr-Mn cast stainless steel.Meanwhile,by adding carbides forming elements Nb and Ti,supplemented by adjusting the C content,the TRIP effect and second phase particle composite strengthening were aimed to utilize to improve the strength of the material.The results show that the TRIP effect occurs during the tensile process of the heat-treated Nb-and Ti-alloyed Fe-Cr-Mn stainless steel,and the microstructure of the tested steel with Nb and Ti addition remains austenite+martensite,while second phase particles are generated in the stainless steel.The utilization of TRIP effect and second phase particle strengthening can improve the tensile strength of materials without compromising their plasticity.By adding 0.23%Ti,0.074%Nb,and 0.110%C to Cr14Ni4Mn6 stainless steel,an Fe-Cr-Mn stainless steel with tensile strength of 1181 MPa,yield strength of 276 MPa,and elongation of 20.0%can be obtained after heat treatment.
