摘要
利用OM、SEM、EBSD及万能试验机,研究了2A12铝合金薄板的气垫悬浮式热处理工艺。结果表明:薄板经固溶处理后,合金发生了再结晶,晶粒形貌呈现出典型的等轴晶特征,晶粒的择优取向分布不明显;经保温7 min固溶处理后,变形量为0%时,小角度晶界和大角度晶界占比各半,变形织构组分高于再结晶织构;变形量为1.5%时,小角度晶界占比下降至30%左右,织构组分发生变化,变形织构和再结晶织构组分各占50%;经最优保温时间7 min固溶处理+预拉伸变形量1.5%的热处理后,薄板的抗拉强度为478 MPa、屈服强度高达356 MPa、断后伸长率为19%;再自然时效后,薄板的性能有较为平缓的增长。
Air cushion suspension heat treatment process of 2A12 aluminum alloy sheet was studied by means of OM,SEM,EBSD,and universal testing machine.The results show that after solid solution treatment,the alloy fulfils recrystallized,and the grain morphology presents typical equiaxed grain characteristics,the distribution of preferred orientation of grains is not obvious.After solution treatment with a holding time of 7 min,when the deformation amount is 0%,the proportion of small-angle grain boundaries and large-angle grain boundaries is half,and the composition of deformation texture is higher than that of recrystallization texture.When the deformation amount is 1.5%,the proportion of small-angle grain boundaries decreases to about 30%,and the texture composition changes,the deformation texture and recrystallization texture components account for 50%respectively.After optimal solution treatment for 7 min and pre-stretching deformation of 1.5%,the tensile strength of the sheet is 478 MPa,the yield strength is up to 356 MPa,and the elongation is 19%.After natural aging,the properties of the sheet has a relatively gentle increase.
