摘要
对分别采用AlTi3C0.15和AlTi5B1细化的不同规格7050铝合金铸锭进行低倍组织观察,并利用光学显微镜和金相分析软件对各铸锭不同位置进行显微组织分析和晶粒尺寸测量。结果表明,采用AlTi3C0.15细化的铸锭,其低倍晶粒度明显大于采用AlTi5B1细化的铸锭;采用AlTi3C0.15细化的铸锭,其3/8厚度位置的晶粒尺寸大于1/2厚度位置,采用AlTi5B1细化的铸锭其3/8厚度位置的晶粒尺寸小于1/2厚度位置。
Low magnification microstructure observation was conducted on 7050 aluminum alloy ingots of different specifications using AlTi3C0.15 and AlTi5B1 refiners,and microstructure analysis and grain size measurement were performed on each ingot using optical microscopy and metallographic analysis software.The results show that the low magnification grain size of the ingot with AlTi3C0.15 refiner is significantly larger than that of the ingot with AlTi5B1 refiner;The grain size at the 3/8 thickness position of the ingot with AlTi3C0.15 refiner is greater than that at the 1/2 thickness position,while the grain size at the 3/8 thickness position of the ingot with AlTi5B1 refiner is less than that at the 1/2 thickness position.
