摘要
在加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局下,产学研合作成为推动经济高质量发展的关键路径。以泰国暹罗大学“生活学习实验室”(LLL)和中国普洱学院为例,从中泰两国教育体系、产业基础、政府支持等维度,对比分析产学研合作模式,探讨中国产学研合作发展路径及措施,并提出云南高校加强学科建设、专业设置,实现“对口化”,校企加强资金与教育耦合及推进应用型高校产学研合作助力口岸经济发展等多项建议。
Under the new development pattern focusing on domestic circulation and promoting dual-circulation of domestic and international,industry-academia-research cooperation is crucial for high-quality economic development.This paper takes Siam University's"Live-Learning Laboratory"(LLL)in Thailand as an example.It compares and analyzes cooperation models from the dimensions of education systems,industrial foundations,and government support in China and Thailand.It also explores development paths and measures for industry-academia-research cooperation in China.The suggestions put forward include:colleges and universities should achieve"alignment"by clarifying their positions and majors;schools and enterprises need to strengthen financial and educational ties;and Yunnan should promote the industry-academia-research cooperation of applied colleges and universities to boost the development of border port economy.
