摘要
目的:分析膝关节镜手术治疗对膝关节半月板损伤患者膝关节活动度及并发症的影响。方法:回顾性分析2021年4月—2024年4月南通市通州区中医院收治的68例膝关节半月板损伤患者资料,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组与研究组,各34例。对照组接受传统开放手术治疗,研究组接受膝关节镜手术治疗。对比两组炎症因子水平、膝关节功能、手术相关指标和并发症发生情况。结果:研究组手术时间及术后首次下床时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后3 d的疼痛视觉模拟法评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后24 h,两组的白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均较术前升高,但研究组均比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,研究组Lysholm膝关节功能评分、膝关节活动度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月内,研究组并发症发生率为2.94%,低于对照组的23.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节镜手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤患者可优化手术相关指标,减轻炎症反应,改善膝关节功能,降低术后并发症发生风险。
Objective:To explore the influence of arthroscopic knee surgery on the range of motion of the knee joint and complications in patients with meniscus injury of the knee joint.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 68 patients with meniscus injury of the knee joint admitted to Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Nantong City from April 2021 to April 2024.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to the different treatment methods,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received traditional open surgery treatment,while the study group received knee arthroscopic surgery treatment.The levels of inflammatory factors,knee joint function,surgery-related indicators and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and the time to get out of bed for the first time after surgery in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the Pain Visual Analogue Scale score of 3 days after surgery was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 24 hours after the operation,the levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin both groups were increased than those before the operation,but the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after the operation,the Lysholm knee joint function score of and the knee joint range of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 3 months after the operation,the incidence of complications in the study group was 2.94%,which was lower than 23.53%in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic knee surgery for patients with meniscus injury of the knee joint can optimize surgery-related indicators,reduce inflammatory responses,improve knee joint function,and lower the risk of postoperative complications.
