摘要
深入阐述了北斗卫星系统及其短报文通信技术,并详细介绍了基于5G与北斗卫星双信道的水文自动测报系统的构成及遥测站核心设备。通过多项大中型水文自动测报系统的建设与应用,黄河流域在汛期水情报文的到报率和时效性得到了显著提高。结果表明,北斗短报文通信技术由于简洁高效的特点,在黄河流域的水文防汛工作中得到了广泛应用,为水旱灾害防御及水资源管理提供坚实的技术支撑。
The Beidou satellite system and its short message communication technology are expounded in depth,and the composition of the hydrologic automatic measurement and prediction system based on dual channels of 5G and Beidou satellite,as well as the core equipment of the telemetry stations are introduced in detail.Through the construction and application of multiple large and medium scale hydrologic automatic measurement and prediction systems,significant improvements have been achieved in the arrival rate and timeliness of hydrological reports during flood seasons in the Yellow River basin.The results indicate that the Beidou short message communication technology can be widely applied in hydrological flood prevention efforts in the Yellow River basin owing to its simplicity and efficiency,providing solid technical support for flood and drought disaster defense as well as water resource management.
