基于北斗短报文的新型配电网气象灾害监测系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 常规配电网气象灾害监测系统多采用传感器和数据挖掘技术,该方法易受到气象数据整周模糊度的影响,使得系统监测结果不准确。提出基于北斗短报文的新型配电网气象灾害监测系统设计。基于系统的基本功能与实际需求,设计了系统总体架构,通过设计远程北斗短报文接收模块与外围电路的硬件部分,利用北斗短报文通信技术对采集的气象数据进行解算与终端传输,根据报文载波相位模型求取数据整周模糊度,结合信息数据库与监测预警模块,完成气象灾害监测系统的设计。系统测试结果表明,设计的系统能够准确监测出不同类型的气象灾害,监测准确度更高。 Conventional distribution network meteorological disaster monitoring systems often use sensor and data mining techniques,which are susceptible to the impact of ambiguity of meteorological data throughout the week,making the system monitoring results inaccurate.A new design of meteorological disaster monitoring system for distribution network based on Beidou short message is proposed.Based on the basic functions and actual requirements of the system,the overall architecture of the system is designed.Through the design of the remote Beidou short message receiving module and the hardware part of the peripheral circuit,the Beidou short message communication technology is used to solve and transmit the collected meteorological data at the terminal.According to the message carrier phase model,the data integer ambiguity is calculated,and the design of the meteorological disaster monitoring system is completed by combining the information database and the monitoring and early warning module.The system testing results show that the designed system can accurately monitor different types of meteorological disasters,with higher monitoring accuracy.
