自升平台临界气隙砰击载荷特性分析

Characteristics Analysis of Critical Air Gap Impact Load on Self-Elevating Platform

摘要 [目的]砰击载荷作为海洋运行过程中所受到的强烈载荷,其统计特性一直是设计阶段重点关注问题。[方法]对在规则波和不规则波海况下进行砰击载荷统计分析,比较不同航向角、同气隙高度下的相同海况,统计不同砰击测点的极值、砰击无因次和砰击空间分布等,并采用90分位值统计分析和Weibull分布拟合进行长期预报。[结果]结果表明:在小气隙的条件下,桩腿平台所受砰击集中在底部,垂直砰击载荷要大于水平砰击载荷,砰击载荷的极值发生在平台靠首部船底两侧区域,随着气隙的增加,砰击载荷逐渐汇集到船肿处。[结论]相关研究可为海洋结构物的抗砰击优化设计提供关键理论依据。 [Purpose]Slamming load,as a severe load encountered during marine operations,has always been a key focus in the design phase due to its statistical characteristics.[Method]Statistical analysis of slamming loads was conducted under regular and irregular wave conditions,comparing different heading angles and the same sea conditions with identical freeboard heights.The extreme values,non-dimensional impact parameters,and spatial distribution of slamming were statistically analyzed for various impact measuring points,employing 90th percentile statistical analysis and Weibull distribution fitting for long-term forecasting.[Result]The results indicate that under small freeboard conditions,the impact on a jacket platform is concentrated at the bottom,with vertical impact loads being greater than horizontal ones.The extreme values of impact occur near the bilge area at the bow section of the platform.As the gap increases,the impact load gradually converges towards the ship's bulge.[Conclusion]This research provides crucial theoretical basis for the optimization design of marine structures against slamming impacts.
