能力进阶式线上线下混合教学改革研究——以数字信号处理课程为例

摘要 为顺应新工科人才培养的时代需求,深入分析课程教学中存在的老师难教、学生难学的教学痛点,开展能力进阶式线上线下混合教学改革探索。以重组优化教学内容、建设丰富课程资源库为核心支撑,以面向过程的多维考核方式为评估手段,设计旨在达成“四性一度”人才培养目标的课程教学体系。经过实践检验,这一改革成效显著,不仅可提升教学质量,更为新时代背景下数字信号处理课程的建设提供宝贵的新思路。 With the rapid development of new engineering disciplines,the demand for educating talents is getting higher and higher.Towards the teaching bottleneck of the difficulties in teaching and learning,an exploratory reform in mixed online and offline teaching with advanced capabilities is carried out.A course teaching system aimed at achieving the goal of talent development with"four qualities and one degree"is designed.It is supported by restructuring and optimizing teaching materials,building a rich curriculum resource library,and using a process-oriented multidimensional assessment method as an evaluation tool.This reform has achieved remarkable results through practice,which not only improves the teaching quality,but also provides valuable new ideas for constructing Digital Signal Processing courses under the background of the new era.
