摘要
目的探究消囊调经汤对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者脂代谢及性激素指标的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2024年6月本院收治的102例PCOS患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上采用消囊调经汤治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、脂代谢指标、性激素指标、卵巢功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的睾酮(TSTO)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平低于对照组,卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的最大卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,卵泡数量少于对照组,卵巢体积小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论消囊调经汤治疗PCOS患者的效果良好,可改善脂代谢指标及卵巢功能,调节性激素水平,且治疗安全性良好。
Objective To explore the effects of Xiaonang Tiaojing decoction on lipid metabolism and sex hormone indexes in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 102 PCOS patients admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xiaonang Tiaojing decoction on this basis.The clinical efficacy,lipid metabolism indexes,sex hormone indexes,ovarian function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of high density lipoprotein(HDL)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of testosterone(TSTO),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E_(2))in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum follicle diameter and endometrial thickness of the observation group were larger than those of the control group,the number of follicles was less than that of the control group,and the ovarian volume was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaonang Tiaojing decoction has a good effect on PCOS patients,it can improve lipid metabolism indexes and ovarian function,regulate sex hormone level,and has good safety.
