摘要
本文基于2010~2020年我国300个城市的面板数据,从“双循环”视角出发,实证检验了技术进步对城市出口韧性的影响。研究表明:技术进步对城市出口韧性具有显著的提升作用,但对于不同发展水平、百强外贸城市的影响具有显著的异质性。机制检验表明,技术进步能够通过提升第二产业的劳动生产率与政府管理水平进而提升城市的出口韧性。该研究结果有助于厘清技术进步对出口韧性的作用机制与影响路径,为城市应对贸易风险、提升出口韧性提供一定的参考。
Based on the panel data of 300 cities in China from 2010 to 2020,the paper empirically examines the impact of technological progress on the export resilience of cities from the perspective of a“domestic and international economic flows”.The paper shows that technological progress has a significant effect on the urban export resilience,but the effect on different development levels of cities and the top 100 foreign trade cities has significant heterogeneity.Mechanism test shows that technological progress enhances the urban export resilience by increasing the labour productivity of the secondary industry and the level of government management.The results can help clarify the mechanism and influence path of technological progress on export resilience,and is beneficial to the cities efforts to cope with trade risks and enhance export resilience.
