摘要
目的:系统整合青少年炎症性肠病病人的真实患病体验,为制订个性化的护理干预方案提供参考。方法:系统检索中英文数据库中有关青少年炎症性肠病病人真实体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2024年9月15日。依据澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心制定的质性研究质量评价标准,对文献质量进行评价,并采用Meta整合方法对结果进行整合分析。结果:共纳入16篇文献,提炼出63个原始研究结果,归纳为10个类别,形成3个整合结果(炎症性肠病对青少年病人的负面影响;青少年病人在应对炎症性肠病过程中面临的挑战;青少年病人有效应对炎症性肠病的管理策略)。结论:青少年炎症性肠病病人面临复杂的生理和心理体验,家庭照顾者、医护人员及社会应给予充分的照护支持和心理支持,实施针对性干预,提升青少年炎症性肠病病人的社会功能和生活质量。
Objective:To systematically integrate the real experience of adolescent patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)and provide a reference for the development of personalized nursing intervention plans.Methods:Qualitative studies on the real-life experiences of adolescent patients with IBD were systematically searched from Chinese and English databases from the database's inception to September 15,2024.The quality of the literature was evaluated according to the qualitative research quality evaluation criteria developed by the Australian Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)Center for Evidence-Based Health Care.The results were integrated and analyzed using the Meta-integration method.Results:16 articles were included,and 63 original research results were extracted and summarized into 10 categories,forming 3 integrated results(negative impact of IBD on adolescent patients,challenges faced by adolescent patients in coping with IBD,and management strategies for adolescent patients to effectively cope with IBD).Conclusions:Adolescent patients with IBD faces complex physiological and psychological experiences.Family caregivers,medical staff,and society should provide adequate care support and psychological support,implement targeted interventions,and improve the social function and quality of life of adolescent patients with IBD.
