摘要
在我国乡村振兴的背景下,研究发达农业国家在农业人才教育体制及课程设置的共有特色,指出我国农业人才培育存在农业推广教育环节机制不活、资源融合不足等薄弱环节,提出建立县级推广学校,融合开发各种教学资源等建议,希望不断完善我国农业人才培育和选拔运用机制,为我国农村、农业现代化的早日实现提供源源不断的人才。
Against the backdrop of rural revitalization in China,this study explores the com-mon characteristics of agricultural talent education systems and curriculum designs in devel-oped agricultural countries.It points out the weak links in China's agricultural talent cultiva-tion,such as inflexible mechanisms in agricultural extension education and insufficient inte-gration of resources.The paper proposes suggestions including establishing county-level ex-tension schools and integrating various teaching resources.It is hoped that these efforts will continuously improve China's mechanisms for cultivating,selecting,and utilizing agricultural talents,thereby providing a steady stream of talent for the early realization of rural and ag-ricultural modernization in China.
