千米级跨径中承式钢箱拱桥缆索吊装技术研究

Research on Cable Hoisting Technology of Kilometer Span Half-through Steel Box Arch Bridge

摘要 针对千米级跨径中承钢箱拱桥提篮式结构构件施工的大跨度、大重量、高频次吊装特点,根据吊装需要开发了大跨重载缆索吊系统,并提出了主拱、立柱、刚性吊杆、主梁等主要构件的安装方法,克服构件安装相互干扰问题;对缆索吊系统按近似解析法和有限元模拟法分别进行了不利工况计算,结果表明系统安全可靠,可用于工程实际应用;该缆索吊系统和主要构件安装方法为超大跨径的钢结构拱桥的建造提供了一种可行的施工方案。 In view of the characteristics of long-span,heavy-duty and high-frequency hoisting in the construction of the basket type structural members of the kilometer span half-through steel box arch bridge,a long-span heavy-duty cable hoisting system is developed according to the hoisting needs,and the installation methods of the main arch,column,rigid suspender,main beam and other main components are put forward to overcome the interference of component installation.According to the approximate analytical method and the finite element simulation method,the unfavorable working conditions of the cable crane system are calculated respectively.The results show that the system is safe and reliable,and can be used in engineering practice.The cable crane system and the installation method of main components provide a feasible construction scheme for the construction of super long-span steel structure arch bridge.
