摘要
带钢悬垂是连续机组中常见的问题和现象,本文用悬链线方法推导出了带钢悬垂度方程,并确定了带钢悬垂度影响因素为带钢密度和单位张力,而与带钢的厚度和宽度无关。用该方程对现场生产进行了计算,计算结果与实测值相吻合。
The strip suspension was a familiar phenomenon for continuous lines, the equation of calculating strip suspension value by catenary technique was deduced. Based on it,the influence factors on strip suspension valve were defined as strip density and specific tension, and nothing with thickness and width of strip. The calculation for practical production by the equation was carried out, and the calculated results were identical with the measured values.
