摘要
自2005年马克思主义理论一级学科设立以来,思想政治教育作为其下的独立和主干二级学科,已走过了20年的发展历程。20年来,思想政治教育学科坚持守正创新,在守正的基础上创新,在创新的过程中深化和巩固守正;坚持立德树人,既探索规律为立德树人提供学理支撑,又促进了思想政治教育的学科发展;坚持质量导向,既坚持内涵式、规范化发展,又坚持评建结合、以评促建;坚持知行统一,通过理论与实践的深度融合,既加强理论对实践的指导,又在实践中检验和发展理论;坚持教研结合,促进教学和科研双向赋能,实现教学和科研优势互补;坚持数字赋能,推进数字思政化和思政数字化。这“六个坚持”,体现了思想政治教育学科发展的丰富经验。深入推进思想政治教育学科的高质量发展,要进一步处理好整体与层次、自主与交叉、批判与建构、家国与天下的辩证关系。
Since the establishment of the first-level discipline of Marxist Theory in 2005,Political Communication-as a distinct and foundational second-level disciplinehas undergone twenty years of development.This process has been marked by successive stages of autonomous growth,substantive enrichment,and systematic institutionalization.The discipline has played a vital role in guiding political communication discourse,supporting the Party and the nation,serving as a cornerstone for the Marxist Theory discipline,and providing theoretical direction for the practical advancement of political communication.Over the past two decades,the political communication discipline has adhered to six guiding principles.First,it has emphasized upholding foundational integrity while pursuing innovation.Second,it has promoted the cultivation of virtue through education,both by uncovering its underlying theoretical laws and by fostering disciplinary advancement.Third,it has prioritized quality,advocating for substantive and standardized development that links evaluation with construction to foster progress.Fourth,it has unified theory and practice by strengthening theoretical guidance through practical engagement and enhancing theory through empirical reflection.Fifth,it has integrated teaching and research,encouraging mutual reinforcement between education and scholarship.Sixth,it has embraced digital transformation,advancing the digitization of political communication and embedding political content within digital plaforms.These six principles collectively represent the accumulated insights of the discipline's maturation.At this critical juncture,it is of profound significance to reflect upon the developmental trajectory of Political Communication since the inception of the Marxist Theory discipline,to distill its foundational insights,and to envision its future path.Addressing the dialectical relationships between holism and stratification,autonomy and interdisciplinarity,critique and constructive development,and national and global orientations will be essential to promoting the discipline's high-quality development,enhancing its scientific rigor in the New Era,and fulfilling its role in the national rejuvenation mission.
