摘要
目的基于护理视角,系统解读《心血管-肾脏-代谢综合征健康(CKM):美国心脏协会主席建议》中的CKM管理策略,旨在打破传统碎片化护理模式,为构建循证CKM综合征临床护理路径提供科学依据。方法围绕该建议,重点阐述并解读其在CKM综合征管理方面的关键策略及其对护理实践的指导意义。结果明确了护士在CKM综合征管理中的核心作用,特别是在建立跨学科协作团队、体质量管理、生活方式干预、健康社会决定因素的管理以及开展健康教育等方面的具体实践方向。结论本解读为构建高效、整合的CKM综合征护理模式提供了实践框架,有助于形成以护士为协调核心的跨学科循证照护方案,从而实现全生命周期健康管理质量改进。
Objective To systematically interpret the Cardio-Kidney-Metabolic(CKM)syndrome management strategies outlined in the“Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic Health:A Presidential Advisory”from a nursing perspective,to overcome the limitations of tra⁃ditional fragmented care models and provide an evidence-based foundation for establishing clinical nursing pathways for CKM syn⁃drome.Methods This study interpreted key CKM syndrome management strategies outlined in the“Cardiovascular-Kidney-Meta⁃bolic Health:A Presidential Advisory”and their implications for nursing practice.Results The analysis highlighted the core role of nurses in CKM syndrome management,detailing specific practical directions for interdisciplinary teams,body composition manage⁃ment,lifestyle interventions,social determinants of health,and health education.Conclusions This interpretation provides a practi⁃cal framework for building an efficient,integrated nursing model for CKM syndrome.It facilitates the development of a nurse-coordinat⁃ed,interdisciplinary,evidence-based nursing program,thereby improving life-course health management quality.
